To complete my knowlegde about the French Revolution, I watched “Marie Antoinette” with Ana. “Lost in Translation” by Sofia Coppola is my absolutely favourite movie, so I had big expectations about this one. I watched it and tried hard to like it, but I couldn’t.
There was no story, the first half was just about loosing her virginity and it all had resembled “Groundhog Day”. Ana fell asleep after an hour and I behave bravely, but I had been disappointed by a nonexistent end. Sorry, I don’t understand the mostly good reviews, just the music was great at some scenes.
I slept quite well in Ana’s bed, just Irina’s freaky but sweet sounds at night waked me up sometimes. In the morning Ana and I watched some pics of her childhood – really cute and she accompanied me to the train station. Okay then, now it’s Napoleon’s turn.
